Evergreen Pots and Soil Ltd. has a young dedicated team, which hopes to make your purchase of any pots, soil or sundries effortless, to enable you to concentrate on constructing or designing the perfect garden. We understand that each project has its own problems and restrictions and so we are always happy to help in any way possible, so please don’t hesitate to ask any member of staff for advice.

The head office is based on the outskirts of Surrey where deliveries are dispatched on a daily basis. Also, having a large stand in New Covent Garden Flower Market in Vauxhall, gives our customers an easier solution to collecting items, rather than moving around the congested city.

Having access to an excellent courier network service, transport is not a problem worldwide. Regular shipments are made to mainland Europe and we have assisted projects in Africa and Saudi Arabia. All of Evergreen Pots and Soil Ltd. imported produce is individually selected in person by the buying team, who make regular visits to manufacturers and raw material sources, to ensure that the highest quality can be maintained. Evergreen Pots and Soil Ltd. are continuously reviewing and adding new products to their range. All new developments are tested for 12 months in harsh conditions to ensure quality is kept to the highest of standards.

Delivery Information

Over 90% of the deliveries arranged with Evergreen Pots and Soil Ltd. are delivered in person. All deliveries will come on a 28 tonne rigid lorry with an electric operated pump truck which will carefully position the pallets as close to the required point of access as possible. Please note that this machine is not designed to go off hard standing ground, which includes gravel driveways, therefore it is at the drivers discretion to define suitable ground. The contact number provided at the time of order will always receive a 45 minute advanced call to allow any action to be taken that helps the delivery.

Also we ask all customers to inform us of any tight access, low bridges, weight restrictions and local time restrictions that they are aware of that could have an effect upon the completion of the delivery. These should be made aware to the office staff at the time of order to avoid failed deliveries and unwanted charges. The further distance projects are delivered through our courier network. They offer a highly efficient service so goods can often be dispatched and delivered inside 48 hours. Charges vary depending on location, for a quote please contact the sales office.

We must also state that the driver is unable to carry any goods that you are having delivered as they are not insured so please arrange for manual workers to be onsite to accept the delivery. Signatures are required on all deliveries so should you wish the driver 'to drop and go', Evergreen Pots and Soil Ltd. will accept no further liability.

Refund Policy

Evergreen Pots and Soil Ltd. require notice of any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are only acceptable if they are dispatched in error or not as ordered. Colours, textures and personal preferences do not entitle you to a full refund. In an effort to eliminate this we will send colour samples of most non terracotta products, computer images and dimensions to ensure the right product is received.
